Event Format & Vibe
Grinduro is a hybrid of mountain bike enduro and gravel grinder-style racing, blending racing, scenic riding, and festival atmosphere. It’s all about having fun—whether you ride fast, take it easy, or shake it up with group antics.

• Held over three days, from October 18 to 20, 2024
• Hosted at Canyons Minakami in Gunma Prefecture, near the hills surrounding Minakami 
Course Options
Two course choices were available:
• Grinduro (80 km)
• Trails ranged from rough, remote gravel roads to swooping, smooth singletrack
• Stunning alpine vistas of Mt. Tanigawa provided dramatic backdrop
• Included four timed segments with live timing 
• Grindurito (shorter)
• Approximately 50 km in length
• Featured two timed segments
• Same gravel, singletrack, and visual appeal as the full course
