Founder of Firefly Creative, Adam brings over two decades of experience spanning hospitality, tourism, and creative direction. Originally from Australia, he ran award-winning restaurants and trained as a sommelier before moving to Japan, where he founded a cycling lodge and directed destination marketing initiatives in the Japanese Alps.
Adam has collaborated on international cycling events, including working alongside U.S. Ambassador Rahm Emanuel and coordinating with federal and local agencies across multiple prefectures. A lifelong rider and event organizer, he’s competed in and qualified for elite gravel championships while leading global brand partnerships with companies such as Shimano, Giro, and Wahoo.
Now based in Essex County, Canada, Adam combines this global experience with a deep local focus — helping businesses, wineries, and tourism ventures craft authentic brands and memorable visitor experiences through Firefly Creative.

Firefly Creative was founded by an Australian with a lifelong love of hospitality, travel, and storytelling. After years running award-winning restaurants and working as a certified sommelier, the journey led across the Pacific to Japan — where a cycling lodge in the mountains became a creative hub for culture, community, and adventure.
That experience sparked a new path: combining design, tourism marketing, and event management (oh, and a whole lot of cycling) to help destinations share their stories with the world.
Now based in Essex County, Firefly Creative continues that same spirit — helping local businesses, wineries, and tourism ventures craft experiences that feel authentic, welcoming, and beautifully made.
